Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13-14 EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)
With this document Silvia Busacca announces the management methods of the website, owned by Silvia Busacca, and in particular, the purposes and methods with which the personal data of the users who consult it are collected, recorded and used.

Silvia Busacca, as Data Controller of personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Reg. 2016/679, hereinafter also ‘GDPR’, informs users of the site that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of data subjects with respect to the processing of personal data and that such processing will take place in accordance with the legislative provisions and the confidentiality obligations set forth therein.
The data will be kept for the entire duration of the services requested by users or for more extended periods, where required by law.
At any time, users can exercise the rights provided for in the Articles. 15-22 of the GDPR by contacting the Data Controller.
